How much does a logo cost?
You pay once per logo, only when you download the final files. Drawing and editing are free, and you get 8 free logo generations every 24 hours. The exact price is always shown before you pay.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You only pay for the logos you download, plus optional generation packs if you want more.
Is Loowgo free?
Yes! You can generate 8 logo concepts for free every 24 hours. No credit card is required.
What happens after I use my 8 free generations?
You can wait until your free allowance renews to generate another 8 logos, or purchase 40 additional generations for $5 USD.
How much does it cost to generate more logos?
You can purchase 40 additional logo generations for $5 USD. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription. A free account is needed so your generations stay with you.
Does the $5 package include the final logo?
No. The $5 package is for generating 40 additional logo concepts only. Purchasing and downloading your chosen final logo are separate.
Do my purchased generations expire?
No. Purchased generation allowances do not expire.
Can I buy more than one package?
Yes. You can purchase additional packages whenever you need more generations.
When do my free generations reset?
Your 8 free generations renew on a rolling 24-hour basis. Your remaining allowance and next reset time are shown on the drawing screen.
What happens if a generation fails?
A failed generation using purchased generations is always given back. Failed free generations are given back automatically too, up to 8 per day.
What files will I get?
A brand pack with a 4096 × 4096 high-resolution PNG, transparent-background versions, black and white versions, symbol only, JPG and app icon — no watermark. SVG vector files are not offered yet.
Do I own my logo?
Yes. After payment, the logo is yours and can be used commercially under our terms of use.
Do I need to know how to draw?
No. A rough line is enough, and you can skip drawing entirely and start from your company name.
How long does it take?
About a minute: a few seconds for the sketch, then around twenty seconds to receive your 8 concepts.
Can I edit the logo afterwards?
Yes. You can change the name, font, colour, size and position, both before and after purchase.
Can I get a black and white version?
Yes. The black and white toggle is in the editor, and the preview matches the downloaded file exactly.
Do I need an account?
Not to start. An account is requested when you save or buy a logo, so you can find it again later.
How does the shop work?
The shop offers ready-made logos. When a logo is bought it is removed from the site: it becomes exclusive to its buyer, who can then edit it.
What happens if I get a refund?
The payment is returned and access to the final file is removed: the logo goes back to a protected preview and downloads are locked.
Can I register my logo as a trademark?
Registration depends on your country's rules and existing trademarks. Check availability with the relevant trademark office before filing.
